We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
